This is a TUTORIAL on how to knit a dog sweater in three different sizes.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG:

BACK: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail
CHEST: behind the front legs, around the deepest part of the chest
NECK: around the neck where the collar would sit

Size XSmall
back length: 30 cm (12 ”); not including collar
chest: 20-30 cm (approx. 8”-12”)
neck: 25-30 cm (approx.10″-12″)

Size Small
back length: 35 cm (14 ”); not including collar
chest: 33-43 cm (13”-17”)
neck: 30-35 cm (12″-14″)

Size Medium
back length: 40 cm (16 ”); not including collar
chest: 33-43 cm (13”-17”)
neck: 35-40 cm (14″-16″)

SKILL LEVEL:

Intermediate (basic knit and purl stitches, simple shaping, basic cables knitting, flat knitting, short rows, knitting in the round with double-pointed needles)

Language: English

Measurements in this pattern are shown with metric and inch system.
